Successful businesses initially develop through ideas and thinking. When was the last time you thought about your business and how to develop it?

You can section off time in your diary to think about the business. You can consciously ask yourself specific questions about the business and look to try to answer them. You can engage with your team on workshops to look for a more collaborative approach and answer.
