Simon Dixon
Simon has 20 years’ experience of working in industry and as a consultant on supply chain and operation issues. He began his career on Asda’s logistics graduate scheme, where he opened new distribution centres (DC’s), worked on performance improvement projects and latterly managed a high throughput DC. He is the former head of PwC’s logistics consulting practice where he led and worked on performance improvement projects with Blue Chip clients across Europe.
Since 2009 he has led a team of supply chain consultants supporting businesses of all sizes with end supply chain challenges. He has won the European Supply Chain Excellence award for Logistics and Distribution for the development of a DC for a client. Simon works with boards to help them develop their strategic supply chain plans, improve operational performance and release working capital through better stock management.
