The Management Academy will increase their capacity to more efficiently manage their areas of the business, as well as improve their ability to contribute to corporate priorities such as business and growth planning, performance management and maximising the productivity of your workforce. Increasing the capability of your management team is one of the most powerful ways you can improve performance, increase profit and free you up to be able to focus on the areas that are most critical for you as the business owner.
Delivered over 4 days and spread over a number of months to reduce the impact on business continuity, the Management Academy is designed specifically with SMEs in mind, by people who have run and successfully grown their own businesses and can help your senior managers focus on what is really important in today’s fast paced and competitive business environment.
Whether you have experienced senior managers, who might nonetheless benefit from an injection of new ideas and knowledge to support ambitious growth plans, or managers who have more recently been promoted, the Management Academy offers expertise, practical advice and real world experience from those who have been there and done it.
